Sandra Bullock might have had a divorce led to by Jesse James and a series of blunders he made. People are calling it a “Sandra Bullock” divorce because of the Mr. Might-be-Nazi-Sympathetic Motorcycle man who isn’t worth all of the extra plastic letters at the bottom of the Marque. If he had short term loans for bad credit, he might be able to purchase his own. Really, Jesse James might possible lose a lot more than Sandra Bullock in the nasty McGee/Nazi pictures scenario. According to Fox News, James’ former porn star ex Janine Lindemulder has filed to regain custody of her 6-year-old daughter Sunny, who has been in the custody of Bullock and James. The Sandra Bullock divorce might very well cause the course to look at James with disfavor; however, Lindemulder has been living in a halfway house after being released from a tax evasion jail term, so Sunny should be happy, right?

Unfortunately, in the real world, a convicted felon seems to be within the lead. Lindemulder is said to have a strong case by Lisa Meyer, Californian Family Law attorney, since Jesse James’ common sense has disappeared.
“This definitely raises concerns about Jesse all of this could impact his parenting — whether he was spending enough time with his daughter (throughout the apparent affair) and gives Janine a foot within the door to fight for custody,” Meyer said. “The court may appoint a minor counsel for the child, and the judge would have to take a second look and see what is going on under the surface.”
James looks “flaky” after this Sandra Bullock case said Meyer.
Granted, Janine Lindemulder’s crime was tax evasion. Many people argue the IRS is even unconstitutional, but that is a story we will tell another day. Various people have stated Lindemulder is really a very good mom and James only asked for custody due to the fact Sandra Bullock and Sunny had already bonded, and Sandra want to be that mom. Jesse is keeping his mouth shut, which is probably good and Bullock’s rep says it is all “categorically false”.
